Do I need to install an app?
No. SCApp opens in your phone browser and, if you want, can be saved to your home screen like a regular app.
Can I use it without an account?
You can pay at the kiosk by card or cash with no account at all. The account is for balance, history and invoices.
What if the machine does not start?
Talk to your laundromat. Every payment is recorded, so the owner can check what happened and sort it out.
Does my balance work in another laundromat?
It works in any laundromat with SCApp. Coupons and offers, those belong to the store that gave them.
